Why it stands out
Freeze-dried raspberries from Tasmania undergo a 48-hour cold steep. The blend also uses Semillon verjus from the Barossa Valley and salt from the Murray River, with water, sugar and chamomile completing the ingredients.
NON1 is made without fermentation or dealcoholisation.

Serve NON1 at 2–6°C, pouring 150ml into a wine glass. Pair it with citrus salads, cured meats or creamy desserts.
